About Me

Hi! I’m Kristen

................
’I'm a wife, a mother of two, and I help women 40+ who are struggling with balding, thinning, or damaged hair—whether from aging, stress, or years of damage—regain their confidence and learn how to support healthy regrowth.

A brief Journey

Growing up, life wasn’t simple. I had a learning disability and struggled to keep up in school, which left me feeling like I couldn’t succeed. On top of that, I was raised in a strict religious environment with many rules—including not being allowed to cut my hair. For a long time, I carried the belief that I couldn’t finish what I started.

But as an adult, I decided to change that story.

I went back to school and earned my esthetician license, followed by multiple certifications in Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Scar Camouflage Tattooing. I even opened my own PMU business and ran it for two years. Later, I explored entrepreneurship further by opening an Etsy shop and digital storefronts through Shopify. Even though those businesses are no longer operating, they taught me invaluable lessons about what I want—and don’t want—in life and business.

How It Started vs. How It’s Going

As a young adult, I dreamed of owning my own business. I even met with an advisor about a loan, only to be turned down. Discouraged, I gave up on the dream at the time. Instead, I worked hard as a server and bartender for most of my adult life to support myself and my family.

That industry taught me resilience. It also showed me how underappreciated food service workers often are—and gave me even more motivation to build something of my own where I could create, serve, and thrive on my own terms.

Now, with the opportunities social media and digital platforms provide, the sky truly is the limit. From building my own storefront in Kajabi to developing new skills like creating email funnels, ebooks, and digital resources, every step has brought me closer to my dream of running a business that not only supports me, but transforms the lives of women I serve.

Why I Do this

What changed everything for me was learning from coaches and entrepreneurs I respect—people who taught me that success isn’t about chasing algorithms, but to niche down, and serve your true community. That realization lit me up inside: my passion is to help women who feel stuck in their hair journey find real, lasting transformation.

There is nothing that brings me more joy than helping someone rewrite their story—showing them that change, growth, and confidence are possible, even later in life.

My mornings with my dogs in the sunshine remind me of the life I’m creating—one with freedom, purpose, and the ability to serve others. And now, I want to help you do the same: reclaim your confidence, restore your hair health, and know you are not alone in this journey.

Restart, Reinvent, and Shine

It’s never too late to take control of your hair, your confidence, or your life. Whether you’re restarting your hair growth journey or reinventing yourself through business, hobbies, or personal goals, you have the power to create change—at any age.

Don’t let anyone tell you it’s too late or that you can’t. Every step you take toward growth, transformation, and self-love matters. Small changes add up, and every choice you make for yourself is a declaration that your dreams and confidence are worth it.

I’ve seen women transform their hair, their confidence, and their lives by taking that first step—and so can you. Embrace the journey, celebrate every win, and remember: reinvention has no age limit.

You are capable. You are worthy. And your best chapter is waiting.
